Apple Photos App Taking Up So Much Space

I have about 15 photos, 4 videos, 2 screen recordings, and 15 screenshots, yet for some reason the photos app is taking up 3.74GB. Originally I had close to 100 photos, 50 videos, 2 screen recordings, and 75-100 screenshots but the photos app was only taking up 2.86GB. I have deleted a bunch of photos and videos, I have made sure no photos or videos were in my recently deleted album. Nothing was in the hidden album, I have optimize photo storage or whatever it’s called, I’ve hard restarted my phone, I do have a lot of photos in my files app but they are deleted off my phone. I don’t want to have to factory restart my phone so does anyone have any suggestions to help.
