Screen time showing 23:59 hours on settings app

I have recently been changing my date and time to cheat on an offline game, but when I turned it back, my fitness data is already filled in, and my screen time is showing 23:59 for the settings app. I have tried resetting the screen time, to even resetting all settings, but none of them have succeeded. Has anyone else had this problem?

How can I tell if the Screen Time data is accurate? My son has been at school all day and not touched his phone. I have the app limit set for a max 1hr a day on YouTube and 3hr 45 for all apps daily. Screen Time Feature Change Would anyone else be interested in having a list of apps that don't count towards Screen Time, rather than just a list of apps that work once the Screen Time limit is met? Currently the "Always Allowed" Screen Time apps still deduct time from the amount of screen time allowed. It would be nice if there was a list of apps that didn't deduct time, or if "Always Allowed" apps could be set not to deduct time. The issue I'm having is if my son is using a fitness app, like Trailforks, or a reading app, such as Kindle, it's taking time away from his allotted time. So he's essentially being penalized for exercising or reading because he then can't use his phone for other things. I submitted a feedback request but I'm sure it's going to just go and never be looked at.

I don’t think you can reset screen time. Why would you need to reset it though?
