In Settings->Accessibility->Personal Voice

I press "Create a Personal Voice" and "Continue" through the two following informational text pages. Below the input field "Give you voice a name:" is the text:

"Language: English (United States)"

and I can see no way to change that to, e.g. English (UK)

Hello TugboatThor,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities.

Have you tried tapping in the empty space above the words "Language: English (United States)"? If not, let's press that now. It's possible that due to shading or brightness, the box isn't showing up well. This is the space where the box to type should be. Tapping on it should make it more noticeable.

Thank you, but if you are referring to the "Give your Voice a name:" field, that it not the issue. I have no problem seeing or using that field in order to change the name used for that voice. The issue is that I can see no way to change the language. I am not sure how changing the language is likely to effect the remainder of the process, but of the 150 speech prompts that followed there seemed to a strong US bias to the questions and even some words that as an Englishman I would be unlikely ever to say when speaking English, making it difficult to speak them naturally.
