iPhone 14 Pro Siri voice used in Automation is not my preferred voice

A previous user said to change the English setting to English US; that worked for them, but did not say which iPhone was used.

This does not work for me on iPhone 14 Pro because I cannot get English US to replace English in Preferred Languages. In Add Languages I see English US with a red check mark next to it already but it does not move into the Preferred Languages area.

Any available solutions?

This discussion offers a solution that may help you:

If I am remembering correctly, you need to download the Siri voice in Settings -> Accessibility -> Spoken Content -> Voices -> English. From there you can select Siri or a number of other voices, after which they should appear in the Speak Text action.
