Can a family member move from one family subscription to another without losing the music library already downloaded

Thanks so much for using Apple Support Communities.
With regard to Apple Music, here's what happens when you leave Family Sharing or are removed: "Your Apple ID is removed from the family group and you won't have access to any services shared by your family, such as an Apple Music family subscription or a shared iCloud storage plan." This means that it's possible that while you are transitioning between groups, your music library may be removed. If that happens, you will be able to redownload that content once your subscription is reestablished.
