iPhone 15 is getting extremely hot

even while using the phone for 15 mins it get over heated

Hello,

Make sure that you are on iOS 17.0.3 because it reportedly fixes some overheating issues.

Also see: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch gets too hot or too cold

If no help, have it checked: Find Locations
