The payment for my iCloud upgrade is being rejected

I upgraded my iCloud to 200 GB last month. But I received an e-mail that my payment did not get through. I tried several times to make the payment manually but I always received a failure notice that my credit card information was not valid. Whereas, all my credit card information is valid and nothing has been changed. Now, my icloud has been decreased to 5G. I highlighly appreciate it if you could be so kind as to settle this issue for me please.The payment for my iCloud upgrade is being rejected

Perhaps instead of seeking validations of iCloud via email (that may be spoofed or scam?)

you could try checking the overall system by login to iCloud.com to check it in a browser?

I'd be concerned that some pirate or malcontent, would be able to convince you to give

up information that would not be practical use of this; without questioning it thoroughly.

Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support

While the 'billing & subscriptions' pages have link to clarify this direct with Apple.

Check your iCloud storage on any device - Apple Support

Upgrade to iCloud+ and manage your subscription - Apple Support

Maybe to contact Apple directly instead of through these forums is best?
