I have purchased Icloud+ and my money deducted but my iCloud plus is still showing please upgrade your iCloud it is full

If you've upgraded your iCloud+ storage plan and it doesn't reflect properly after 24 hours on your device, then it would be best to contact Apple Support directly: Get Support
They can assist further with the account there.
