If you purchased iCloud storage and it is not showing up, you need to contact Apple Support. You could try turning your iPhone off, then back on, first - just to see if by any chance, that clears things up.
Note that iCloud storage is not the same as device storage. Device storage is fixed for the life of the phone.

If you have upgraded iCloud+ plan, once your request for iCloud+ plan has been activated, you should receive an invoice in your email box.
Please check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB or 6 TB or 12 TB) then you have an iCloud+ plan subscription.
If you have an iCloud+ plan subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.
You pay monthly for iCloud+ plan storage.

I have purchased 200GB icloud. But cant see and its pooping that ur cloud purchase is not completed where as mine balance has been debited
