iphone 15 bluetooth pairing issues

'Just upgraded from the iphone 13 pro max to the iphone 15 pro max.

Now I cannot meaningfully connect to any bluetooth keyboard. (logi, logitech, MS Wedge, etc)

The iphone bluetooth connection screen SAYS it's connected/paired to the keyboard, but I can only get characters to appear in the text dialog box by pressing and holding a key for a couple of seconds at a time. NOT very productive or workable.

Its the same story with the Logi MX Keys Mini, the Logitech K810, and the MS Wedge keyboards....ALL of which connected to my iphone 13 Pro Max with no issues.
