Hello, my Shift+3 key stuck, I cant enter my password correctly, also when I click on a folder on desktop and click another folder, both folders becomes selected (like I hold shift key select multiple items). I opened screen keyboard, click shift and I saw that: Shift + 3 key is stuck, what can I do for that?

Hello Derek and thanks for your answer, I clean the keys but it now work, maybe its a hardware problem anyway, but I noticed that I cant turn off the mac, its always restarting, I turned off the starting programs on system preferences but it not work, how can I start up in safe mode?
