Live Speech: When siri voice selected, stuck on samantha

Can you not switch from Samantha to another voice in System Settings : Siri & Spotlight : Siri Voice? There are four Siri Voices selections per voice variety?

You can also switch from Samantha to other installed, or installable voices in System Settings : Accessibility : Live Speech : Voice panel.

I am having this problem on the Apple Watch. I’m trying to use personal voice, but it doesn’t matter what I select for a voice on the Apple Watch. When it reads LiveSpeech, it reads it as Samantha no matter what voice is selected.
