Apple taking money out of bank

I was updating my payment information on my phone, and once I did, I got a notification that Apple billed me. They took 14.55 out of my bank, claiming that it was for a renewal for a subscription, but nothing renewed. I still have to pay extra money once my subscription expires, even though Apple billed me. Is there a way to get a refund?
