Yesterday, when I unpacked my older iMac (macOS High Sierra ver. 10.13.6) I had no problems, but now it is acting up. The screen is doing slow movements when loading something as if it was planned and my audio (input & output) aren’t working. I went to the system settings and clicked sound, and it is claimed that the sound is off on both input and output, but I cannot change it?

Give this a try: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.
NOTE 1: Safe Mode boot can take up to 3 - 5 minutes as it's doing the following;
• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed
• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)
• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically
• Disables user-installed fonts
• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
NOTE 2: if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode. This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will insure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

Download and run Etrecheck. Be sure to give it Full Disk access before running.
Copy and paste the results into your reply. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC and recommended by Apple Support to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

No, I actually have created a new account yesterday. I would like to share a video of it bugging but i cannot. When I enter my password theres some white glitches, which disappear after i logged in, or for example when i go to the launchboard and i click “other” (where you have chess etc.) it literally appears so slow as if it intends to annoy me
I am currently not on my mac, but on my phone, so for now i wont be able to do that, I have made the videos on my phone anyways and i can’t make a snapshot when i am at the login screen since i am not logged in at that moment, right?
I am not sure if I already am in Safe mode, is it this? If not, I failed coming in.

You should see this at the safe mode boot window in English:
Literally translated it means “safe system boot” so I assume it is the safe mode, so I think I already was in it when all of this happened because I saw it before

Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?
You might be able to take a screenshot at that point by using the key combination of
(⌘⬆︎3) Command-Shift-3 Capture the screen to a file
I think that's how I got my screenshot.
