iPad, iPhone and MacBook Pro are all not synching apple mail…. Why

You need to see which device has issues. It's possible it's both, just need to update your password:

Mac: If Mail on your Mac keeps asking for your password - Apple Support

iOS: Change weak or compromised passwords on iPhone - Apple Support

If that doesn't help, start troubleshooting:

Mac: Use Connection Doctor in Mail on Mac - Apple Support

iOS: If you can’t send email on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
