Removing shortcuts in Launchpad

I was cleaning up my macbook today, and I noticed while going through my launchpad there is a shortcut made a while ago called open URLs. When I clicked on it, it opens to gmail, and I decided I do not need it anymore. I opened the shortcuts app and deleted everything from it, but for some reason, it will not leave. It has this message when i click on it
