My account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

Everytime I try to purchase an app, it says “your account has been disabled is the App Store and iTunes” and is like to figure that out because I got a new debit card due to fraud activity on my old one

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
