Watch face is all green and red lights!!

Yesterday my Apple Watch screen switched to a bright green light. After that it flashed as a green screen with red lines, then just random red and green lines. It won’t restart or go to the top page at all and, when the restart buttons are pushed (crown and button) it only becomes bright green and then green stripes. It won’t turn off at all. Any advice??
