I use to use emoji’s in facebook but no longer have them. All of sudden I did an update on my ipad and they’ve seemed to have gone away. I went to setting, keyboards and chose emjoi but can’t activate it. Can you please help?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Just to clarify, are you experiencing this behavior only with FaceBook? Is it happening with any apps on your iPad? If so please specify.
Are you seeing predictive text at all as outlined here: How to use Auto-Correction and predictive text on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Also, do you have the correct language that does support predictive text set up on your iPad? Check this out: QuickType Keyboard: Predictive Typing
