On October 2, 2023, I started a discussion regarding where to place an enlarging Folder which now resides on the Desktop. O was house moving the last week and now have internet reinstalled but cannot find m discussion and if anyone has answered.

If you can't find your threads under your subscriptions or by using the Search function (which has gotten better than it was but that's not saying much), the trick is to do a site-restricted search using an internet browser. I was able to find this using the search string "site:apple.com Bob Savryk".

I can confirm, My Subscriptions go back 1 Month at Best

Why the previous posting in not appearing could be if the Apple Moderators may have found something in that posting that required their Attention and it was removed - guess work here.
Though and normally, if a Posting has been Edited or Removed by the Moderator, there is an E-mail from Apple Notifying you of this action.
@dialabrain thank you for your quick response. When internet service was restored, it was seven days from original post. I remember seeing a reply by email from "brody"(sp) just before I was without internet.

Hopefully the 'macOS" community was the best match for my question regarding 'where to save a growing, active Folder of AI images and models; last folder size was 101 GB on the Desktop; my internal SSD is 512 GB.'

Sometimes, if you go to the subscriptions page and refresh it, things suddenly appear. Or not. There is no explanation that I know of.
FWIW, there was an issue where no posts older than 6 days were available. It may not have been resolved.
I don't see a previous post for you.
