Samsung Xpress C480FW color printer software disappeared

I spoke with Samsung "Sold Printer to HP." Spoke with HP and gave them device serial number "Don't support that printer, no such serial." Directed to a 'paid 3rd party for solution.' They said it's not a problem with device, it's Mac OS problem. Apple had no clue how to fix. Maybe download prior version of Macos.

My printer is connected to WiFi, and works when selecting doc/pic and printing within the document. But there's no ability to scan... as the software disappeared. Tried re-installing drivers .... no success.

Does anyone know of an alternative or work around solution to use the scanner?
