Claiming VAT back on purchasing Apple in the US (back to the UK)

I am British and visiting Florida in Jan. I am looking to purchase an iPad Air and iPhone 15 from Apple when in Florida, i know its a little cheaper in the US. Can i also claim the VAT back from these products at the airport when I go back to the UK.

Exactly what VAT would you be claiming back? The U.S. does not have VAT, although many States and some localities impose retail sales taxes. A quick search suggests that Florida and its localities impose sales taxes ranging from 6% to 8%.

That is a tax on the final retail buyer, added to the advertised retail price. Whereas VAT is imposed at many more stages of production and is generally already included in the retail prices advertised in the UK and Europe.
