I am British and visiting Florida in Jan. I am looking to purchase an iPad Air and iPhone 15 from Apple when in Florida, i know its a little cheaper in the US. Can i also claim the VAT back from these products at the airport when I go back to the UK.

Also the warranty will only be valid in the US.
There might be other issues as well such as different frequency bands.
