Wallpaper issue in Sonoma

Just upgraded to Sonoma on my 2022 MacBook Air M2 and am trying to switch between the wallpapers.

It circles forever, even after I restarted my Mac, and it doesn't allow to switch wallpapers, like Im clicking on it, but nothing happens. I am currently using the default wallpaper (which is when you update to Sonoma).

I'm thinking about that maybe it needs to download all the new wallpapers before I can use them or switch between them?

Yes , you do need to download them . After they’ve downloaded you can click on one and it will change the desktop or you can preview a screensaver.

The top portion of the wallpaper details hasn’t fully loaded. quit the settings app, then restart again.
