Wi-fi password Location

does anyone know where to find the passwords of Wi-Fi networks in iPod touch?

To the best of my knowledge you cannot find the password to a Wi-Fi network by looking on the iPod.
Normally, to find the password for a network that your iPod has access to, or to find the password for a network you want to join, you would look for a label stuck on the router itself. The label may be on the underside of the router. Obviously, to do that, you need to be able to see the router in person.
Of course, if it's a public network, the owner of that network will usually put up a notice that shows the password, or you may have to ask the staff for it.
