2023032800. What is this version

My iPhone says it is using trust certificate 2023032800 and it is always showing me outdated information and doesn’t act like it ishould. What can I do?

Thus version 2024051501= last updated on May 15, 2024 at 1 AM. My question is this: When do brand new iPhones, including my 16 Pro purchased in 2/2025, begin updating? How long when it’s brand new in the box has it already been updating and why? Do these brand new unused iPhones automatically turn on/wake up and update? How can I verify Certificate Trust Settings on my iPhone 14 Pro Max? How do I know that my Certificate Trust Settings are correct? My Trust Version Store is 2024051501. Trust asset version is 1005. I’m not too tech savvy, just know basics. Some odd things have been going on with my iPhone 14 Pro Max and without sounding too paranoid, I think my husband has done something to my phone or switched it for another version, possibly a fake. Trusted certificates For my iphone14promax. States trust store version 2023032800 then states trust asset version 20 . That’s it. Is this correct?

The trust store is central to distributed authentication, and to local and network data encryption, among other uses.

The trust store 2023071300 version is the current trust store version on iOS 17 through the current 17.0.3.

If you are seeing 2023032800, then you are running an iOS 16 version iOS 16.5 or later.

Please describe what outdated information that is being shown, and also what is not acting as it should, and which apps are involved.
