Shazam disappears
as Soon as I touch Shazam it disappears and I can’t load a song

To get started, we would like to know if you have tried the steps found in If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support. Here they are, but for details of any steps you can click on the link.
1 - Force close and then reopen the app
2 - Restart your iPhone
3 - Make sure your iPhone has the current iOS 17.0.3 or iOS 16.7.1 installed. Also, check the App Store to see if there are any updates for the app
4 - Delete the app, and then redownload to your iPhone.
