I have Cellular Issue, what should I do? Also I cannot upgrade the software?

i have the problem of Cellular Issue and I can’t connect to the mobile data

iPhone 7, iOS 13

You may need to contact your carrier for help with their service. See if this helps -

If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
