garage band

I'm bouncing individual tracks into stems using GarageBand. The tracks are recorded in mono but when I bounce them they convert to stereo why is this and how can I make sure that they stay mono?

iMac 27″, macOS 13.5

GarageBand mastering applying to all tracks I was trying to add delay with GarageBand but it applied to all tracks instead of just the one I selected. Is there a way to stop this happening? Also, I can't provide footage due to some issues with OBS with GarageBand.
