GarageBand mastering applying to all tracks

I was trying to add delay with GarageBand but it applied to all tracks instead of just the one I selected. Is there a way to stop this happening? Also, I can't provide footage due to some issues with OBS with GarageBand.

Mac mini, macOS 14.3

Nevermind, figured it was under track/plugins not master/plugins
