The Super Mario Bros Movie iTunes Extras Video Missing

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve had issues with this movie ever since it launched digitally. Initially, the Apple TV app wouldn’t play this movie in 4K on any of my devices. It was pretty much DVD quality. It seems like that’s been resolved, but one issue that I’ve always had is that the iTunes extras have no video. I only get a blank screen and audio. It’s been like this ever since it came out. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

I've been experiencing this issue too. I contacted support a couple months ago about this and they are supposedly contacting the film studio to replace the videos with working versions, but that doesn't seem to be done yet. They gave me the opportunity to refund but I chose to wait for it a while longer. At this point I might try contacting them again for that refund, I've been waiting far too long for content I paid for.

If the issue persists after resetting the app on a specific device or multiple devices then contact Apple Support as they may need to take a closer look into the issue.
