I get no sound from parts of Uber Driver app

Get no sound when going online or receiving ride requests on Uber Driver app.

Uber application I work as Uber driver, after updating my app to iOS 15.2 All the sounds in the app (requests, passenger messages, and many more in-app sounds) do not play via the speakers, instead; they be played via the small ear speaker (the one at the top of the phone). This problem has started since I updated to iOS 15.2. same thing happens with Lyft application.

call routing to vehicle speakers 2013 Range Rover with audio functioning perfectly - suddenly no in or outgoing calls in auto are passed to car speaker. Music plays fine over blue tooth. Setting at Accessibility are correct on automatic. Rebooted and restarted vehicle - no luck - I know this has been an on-going problem for many - any updates? Thanks

If you're experiencing this only in the Uber app, that would be an issue with the app itself. You'd need to reach out to Uber for help with that: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
