I reached out to the COX
Social Media Team and this is what the moderator recommended to try:
-Click on the Contour button on the
remote.
-Select the setting icon on the far right
lower bottom of the screen to go into
the settings
-Arrow down to highlight and select
privacy.
-Arrow down and select Locally stored
data
-A box will appear on the tv screen
asking if you want to clear local
storage. Click"ok"
I did try this in the past and it did not work, but today I tried again and it worked! The Apple TV App is working on my TV. I wanted to share this with everyone!
