earpods usb c doesn

I just bought the earbuds in USB C last September 29 or 30 this year in Germany. I didn't open it until I have a vacation in Switzerland just 2 days ago. I've used it unto my Android phone(because I will buy the iphone 15 model when once I return in Germany) and it worked well... for 1 day. After a day I've tried it again on my Android phone but it doesn't have a sound. I also tried to use it on a MacBook air M1 but just it can only adjust the volume but it has no sound. What should I do?

Ok, thanks for clarifying that for me. It may be possible that you purchased a defective pair of EarPods. If you purchased them directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, you could have returned them within 14 days of purchase to get either a full refund or a replacement pair.


Since it it past that time, you still have the option to have an Apple Technician evaluate them to see if can determine if it is a manufacturing defect, and if so, you may find that you can get a replacement pair for little or no cost to you.
