Apple calling me wrong name?

Every now and then I’ll get an email from Apple when I make changes to my account or make any purchases. For example, I just upgraded to Apple One+ last night! I got an email from Apple confirming the details of my subscription. The email addresses me as Lindsay. Which is not my name? It’s my wife’s name. Who is a member of my “family sharing.” I’ve looked everywhere on my Apple ID account and everywhere appears to have my correct name on all my accounts.

What’s the deal?
