I bought a new iphone 14 pro 5th october 2023 from a trusted seller, i activate the iphone by myself and when i checked the coverage it was expired and the purchase date was in january 1985 !! What tham mean

Purchase date and coverage i just got my new iphone 11 pro max and i checked the serial number before bought it , it was (please activate your device) . so its new . the problem is when i opened it and activated , i saw that the coverage is expired and date of purchase not validated i called apple support they ask me to erase all setting and it will automatically appear . i already did this but nothing happened WHAT IS WRONG ?

Why is my iPhone 16 says coverage expires after 3 weeks and shows old purchase date? I have bought my Iphone 16 256 GB 2-3 weeks ago but it shous that Coverage expaired Checking it in your web and it ahous that Purchase Date is January 1985 [Re-Titled by Moderator]
