Decreasing 1% battery health every week

I use my Macbook 12 hours per day, suddenly it showed 97% battery health within month and decreasing 1% battery health every week. But battery count is still 22. what's the reason for that

Apple has never revealed the Battery Capacity to users before macOS Ventura so people don't realize how the Battery Capacity decreases over time. In fact, the battery capacity can fluctuate up & down several percent.

Don't worry about the battery capacity or battery cycle count. Just use the laptop normally. If you start having issues with battery performance, then take a look at this information and the Battery Condition. If the Battery Condition is "Service Recommended", then Apple will replace the battery. If the laptop is still under warranty and the Battery Cycle Count is less than 1,000 cycles, then I believe Apple will replace the battery for free under warranty.

Of course you can observe the battery capacity in order to see & learn how it behaves. The battery cycle count is meaningless unless it is nearing 1,000 cycles which would indicate the battery is getting old & nearing time to be replaced.
