Screen Share Mac mini on imac27” I have a 2017 iMac 5k 27”. As a photographer I love the display, but these old intel models are so slow. I’m thinking of the new M4 Mac mini. On another forum somebody suggested I could screen share so I could essentially use the 27” 5k screen with both. The idea was to set it up that when I start up the iMac it will automatically show the Mac Mini screen Has anyone tried this? i currently use Microsoft Remote using my iMac as screen and keyboard to my windows 10 pc which works a charm. Alas, the way the connection works, i on,y get basic jpeg images.

Screen sharing from iMac (Ventura) to MacBook Pro (Sonoma) suddenly not working Until today, I have been successfully sharing the screen of my 2018 MacBook Pro (Sonoma 14.1.2) with my 2017 iMac (Ventura 13.6.3). Now, with the settings unchanged, I can't get the iMac to connect (just spins and spins) and share the MacBook's screen. I've checked the settings on both devices, researched various fixes, but am having no luck. I can't upgrade to Sonoma on the iMac because it's too old (in case this is the solution). Going out of my mind! Can anyone help me?

MacBook Pro (2021 M1) Cannot Mirror Screen to iMac (late 2017) My MacBook Pro (2021 M1) cannot mirror screen to my iMac (late 2017) however the same iMac (late 2017) can screen share to the same MacBook Pro (2021 M1). How can I screen share from my MacBook Pro to the iMac so I can use it as a bigger screen.

A Firestick is not an Apple product, please contact the developers of the Firestick product (Amazon) to see if screen sharing is supported. Personally I use Apple TV's in my home and screen sharing is simple to do, we just did it today sharing photos from one of our iPads to our 4K TV.
