I want to be able to do the IOS 17 update on my iPhone, but I can't because I don't have storage. It is giving me a suggestion to sync it with a computer and then it can update but it can only be done with a Mac computer, and I don't have that, instead I have a Dell computer. what should I do?

Yes. Download iTunes from the Microsoft Store. Any PC with Windows 10 or 11 should work.
