Cannot print from the remote desktop, using iMac with Sonoma

 cannot print from the remote desktop.

I am using a iMac running MACOS Sonoma

Printers attached to the Mac are shared and work with anything printed from the MAC

My remote connection (Microsoft Desktop) has redirect printers selected

When connected to my remote session I can see and select the printer on my MAC

However when I print from the remote session, the document does not print on the printer attached to my MAC

All was working OK until I updated to MACOS Sonoma.

Can you assist
