Trying to set up new iPhone and transfer data from the old one. The software update has completed but is now stuck on “install now” with the spinning wheel next to it. I read somewhere else that i should set it up as a new phone and transfer the data but I can’t get off this screen

Updating Elsewise:
There no other way that I am aware of. Then ask others if you may use their computer. If there is no WiFi, then use ethernet. If there is no Ethernet port, then this is the adapter to use: USB-C to USB Adapter - Apple On a Windows PC, you'd have to use iTunes for this.

Sources of Setting Up a Device:
Setting is up is different than updating it. So, for setting it up, then perform from sites such as those from a Carrier. But, updating it would allow for bugs to fixed ASAP.
