Siri answers me on my wife’s phone
When I say Siri and ask a question. Siri on my wife’s phone responds. Both phones are close to me in the kitchen table. How can I get Siri to only answer me on My phone in this situation.

How Siri works with multiple devices - Apple Support
I didn't see a good answer – but the article claims that "If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can place it face down so that Siri doesn't respond to your voice."
So I guess if one phone was face down, and the other was face up, only the latter phone would respond.
