I have ipod touch, but cant seem to buy songs from itunes???

To confirm, you're seeing a loading screen when you try updating your payment method when prompted. Is that right?

If so, you might try restarting to see if that helps: Restart your iPhone

To rule out connection issues, you could also test another Wi-Fi network.

You could also try updating the payment method from a different device: Add a payment method to your Apple ID

The signature strip at the bottom of your post indicates that you have an iPod using iOS 9. If this is correct, then that iPod can no longer use the iTunes store. A minimum of iOS 10 is now required, which as as a security measure.

On the iPod, look in Settings/General/About>Software version. What number is supplied there?

If your iPod does not have that menu option, simply look in Settings for menu options such as About, General, etc. The information is definitely there somewhere.

Have you signed into iTunes? If not, try signing in. If you are signed in, and it won't let you buy songs, try seeing if your billing info is incorrect, that can cause it.

If your billing info is right, and you are signed in, try buying songs from your computer, then try to synchronize your iPod touch. If none of those work, try checking Reddit, they might have a solution.
