Snapchat+ subscription

"Your Apple ID was previously used to purchase a Snapchat+ subscription for a different Snapchat user. It cannot br used again, please try a different Apple ID."

I changed the apple ID, apple device and the payment info. I cannot purchase snapchat+ for my other account. I haven't purchased snapchat+ for this current account EVER. Please help
