My ChatGPT account can’t update to 4.0 after subscription.

The Apple ID on my phone is email1@gmail.com, I got 20 dollars on this ID for purchasing the plus of Chathpt. 2 days ago, i did it on my ChatGPT signed in with the email same as my Apple ID email. But unfortunately, my ChatGPT account is deleted forever by accidentally and I required for refund of subscription of ChatGPT plus. Just now I found my refund successful and I tried have a plus subscription for my another Chatgpt account with the email email2@gmail.com, 19.99 dollars appeared from my apple account but my subscription of ChatGPT plus failed while it shows that “This subscription is associated with another OpenAl account.

My Apple ID email is the same as my prior ChatGPT account email which can’t be used anymore due to forever deleting. What should I do later?
