Snapchat+ subscription

"Your Apple ID was previously used to purchase a Snapchat+ subscription for a different Snapchat user. It cannot br used again, please try a different Apple ID."

I changed the apple ID, apple device and the payment info. I cannot purchase snapchat+ for my other account. I haven't purchased snapchat+ for this current account EVER. Please help

Why do I have too pay to download Snapchat or any other app? Today I tried to download Snapchat and it asks for my Apple ID password and when I put my password after it asks for a payment method. And I know you don’t have to pay to use Snapchat so I would like to know how I could take the payment method out so I can download Snapchat and other apps.

My ChatGPT account can’t update to 4.0 after subscription. The Apple ID on my phone is email1@gmail.com, I got 20 dollars on this ID for purchasing the plus of Chathpt. 2 days ago, i did it on my ChatGPT signed in with the email same as my Apple ID email. But unfortunately, my ChatGPT account is deleted forever by accidentally and I required for refund of subscription of ChatGPT plus. Just now I found my refund successful and I tried have a plus subscription for my another Chatgpt account with the email email2@gmail.com, 19.99 dollars appeared from my apple account but my subscription of ChatGPT plus failed while it shows that “This subscription is associated with another OpenAl account. Please login with that account to access it, or visit help.openai.com for support.” My Apple ID email is the same as my prior ChatGPT account email which can’t be used anymore due to forever deleting.
