My phone is stuck in sos after an update how do I fix it

The SOS mode simply indicates your iPhone is unable to find its home network (as configured by the SIM or eSIM) so it is allowed to make emergency calls only on other networks.

So is mine and no matter what i try it doesn’t fix it. I’ve tried at least 7 methods at this point. Never experienced this before updating
Tried everything so far to “fix it”. Has to be the update, maybe related to specific carrier. I have AT&T, anyone else?

Mine too! AT&T so I wonder if it’s a universal problem at the moment, I’m going to att when they open in 2 and a half hours
Must be the carrier- I have AT&T also. I tried everything and it’s still in sos mode.
I hope so! I was worried I had to get a new phone, and I’ve also tried everything, removing sim and putting it back, reset network setting, turn off and on, and a few others

Me too! I reset the network settings and have restarted the phone many times. It won’t go away!
My iPhone 14 won’t get out of SOS mode. My husband’s phone is fine.
