I really thought having the new iPhone 15 Pro Max would resolve all the other issues I used to have with an android, and I have to admit I want to go back to an android because I have not had this phone since Friday and I’ve had more issues with it than I have ever had with a android phone, and when my phone carrier opens up in a few hours, I’m going to call them and I’m gonna make a complaint

I have cricket wireless and mine and my boyfriend’s phone are in SOS mode since 2 AM it shut off on me right in the middle of the night and went straight to SOS and I am located in Will county Illinois which is a suburb outside of Chicago

The outage is nationwide. Cricket uses AT&T's network. There is nothing you can do until the network issues are resolved. You can try using Wi-Fi calling.

AT&T customers report a massive outage, disrupting phone service across America

My iPhone 14 Pro Max constantly goes into sos mode and I cannot use it without it being connected to Wi-Fi and then it still goes into SOS mode even connected to Wi-Fi, I have done every single troubleshooting that exists several times I have been given 4 new internal SIM cards, my WiFi signal is great but my service signal is never not that one bar

Same here - SE running 17.5.1. with Verizon - I'm at home and getting full WiFi bars (Comcast Xfinity). So far rebooting the phone fixes it, but this is not acceptable.

At the same time my wife's SE doesn't connect her mic right away - the call connects, but people can't hear her, so they think no one is there, and hang up.

btw - this is my first time posting here, but I've read the comments whenever I have a problem, but it seems like Apple doesn't read them - there is never any official response. Are we just venting into space?

I don't know who to turn to. I expect they will all point fingers at each other.
