The outage is nationwide. Cricket uses AT&T's network. There is nothing you can do until the network issues are resolved. You can try using Wi-Fi calling.

I reset the network settings, turned cell usage off/on several times, also turned phone off/on. Still shows SOS and won’t send texts.

I’ve been having the same issues ever since I got my 13 with Verizon and now I have the 14 plus with the same issue, I’m on my 2nd replacement phone with the same issue, I feel cursed lol.
