authentication server could not be contacted

Dear Support,

We are getting "authentication server could not be contacted" while we are trying to bind the computers to Active Directory, we have couple of new machines and they are giving this error. Some of them we have managed to bind, could you please share us the exact requirement what needs to be done with firewall / security side so we can bind the machines?
