'Auth Broker' and 'Authentication Failed'

I used to be able to log in to a specific website through my iMac desktop without any issues. I am able to login to this website on my iPhone and iPad however on my desktop it comes up 'Auth Broker' or 'Authentication Failed'. It operates on macOS Catalina version 10.15.7. I cannot work out what has happened? Anybody any ideas?

Security requirements are increasing, Safari isn't kept up to date on older OS versions.

Are you running any VPN, Anti-Virus, or Cleaning apps?

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?
