My iphone 6S is sending unknown-senders' calls straight to message. Calls from known numbers get through fine. I've not got any "do not disturb" or "focus" settings on at all. I'd be grateful for any help on this - regards Bill

If you want unknown callers not to be silenced, go to Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers and turn that option off. See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support

Thanks FoxFifth; but that option is already "off", and always has been. Weird isn't it - there must be some other function that's sending unknown calls straight to Message. thanks, Bill
